July 15, 2022 - Really tasty medium weight pinot. Nice sweet-ish berry fruit, cherry,
ash, bit of herbal green tone, earthy. Medium acidity, medium length on finish.

November 16, 2017 - Full colour; an engaging, gamey nose, rather glamorous; supple, fresh, some oak, well measured fruit; nothing profound but delicious.

December 16, 2016 - Strong colour; heady, summer red fruits, gently oaked; supple, some tannin remains, good depth, secondary notes; grippy finish. Still needs time, shows a touch of class.

January 17, 2015 - Year 2 - Super Tasting 5 of 5 - Greg does Loire (Greg's House - Kitchener, ON): This was a bit closed on the nose....little but oak and cigarettes coming through...
Palate is a bit more expressive....flowers, read fruit, some obvious oak influence and ash with course tannins.
Finish is short and quite simple

January 17, 2015 - Year 2 - Super Tasting 5 of 5 - Greg does the Loire (Greg's House): (Tasted Blind, Sancerre Rouge #1) This is a pleasant, light, red fruited Pinot Noir with a good whack of oak via vanilla and also a cigarette ash component to the aromatic profile. The fruit is in the cherry and candied strawberry spectrum with green leafy character in the background. The palate has quite a lot of oak tannin and the finish sadly stops a bit short. Pleasant enough wine but I would not seek this out.
