April 18, 2016 - Drank immediately, no decanter. Warmly spiced bouquet, white pepper, clove, all spice, secondary notes of purple plums. Savoury and typically WA medium bodied Shiraz, medium dry finish. Still a little bit of integration to go, try again 12-18 months time.
Inoffensive wine really and I don't mind it, although WA style Shiraz is just not for me.
