September 9, 2022 - Surprise! Had a bleeding cork. Thought it was corked. But no - instead of making vinegar , I added prescribed amount to spaghetti sauce recipe and enjoyed the rest.
Not much on the backend but the subdued tannins that raged a few years ago gave the front’s concord grapiness a delight. We’ll worth the wait. Hope the last 2 bottles are as good to make up for the crappy first few! -
