September 1, 2019 - Cherry and raspberry fruit. Ruby color with a touch of brick around the edge. Transitions to minerals and pencil shavings, a little past what I'd call restrained and into excessive. Wasn't as bad with the BBQ chicken, but just generally unbalanced.

July 8, 2018 - Clear, slightly pale garnet with rim browning. Slate, strawberry, white pepper. Medium to low acids, very low tannins. Fennel. Short balanced finish.
