May 20, 2015 - Vintage Select Industry Tasting - Firehouse in the Heights: Nice nose of grass, chives, and citrus flowers. On the palate, creamy from sur lie treatment with flavors of lemon grass, lychee, and key lime. Crisp finish. Well done.

November 27, 2014 - Thanksgiving 2014 -roasting the goose-: Pale-light lemon, few tears, slight effervescence. Dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol and body. Medium flavors of lemon, apples, yellow plum, lychee. Creamy texture giving the wine an elegant richness. Good length crisp finish petillant finish. An interesting take on SB.

July 16, 2014 - Seemed tropical with mango and lychee notes, together with some more traditional grassy lemon accents that you'd expect from SB. All this plus an unusual effervescent quality as well to shake things up. Overall, an interesting Uruguayan take on SB.
