Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Fine bubbles. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with lovely aromas of freshly baked bread, apple cider, and saline minerality. Developing.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of Pinot red fruit, brioche, apple cider. Long finish. Elegance, structure, and complexity.
