    January 7, 2006 - Tasted 2005-12-15 in a flight of 7 German Rieslings
Pale yellow, clear, bright. All primary fruit on the nose -- intense peaches, apricot, some tropicals; some floral notes; all lovely. On palate, more fruit with pink grapefruit dominating; fully dry; mouthwatering acidity; concentrated, complex, long, sapid. Excellent: clean, fresh, refreshing. Would work as an aperitif or with spicy food. Tied for best in the flight. My first wine ever under Crown Cap.
