February 16, 2016 - Not much to add to Marco's earlier descriptors, other than this is a real wow wine. The cut and energy here are amazing - there's such intensity to the citrus, nutty, and figgy flavours, but the acidity keeps it feeling remarkably light on its feet, and just barely off-dry. Each sip clings to the palate for minutes, and then invites another.

February 3, 2016 - Madeira Pilgrimage; 2/1/2016-2/4/2016 (Madeira): Salty aromas with dried orange and lemon pith. Tart and salty on the palate but smooth as well. Full of rocky, mineral notes along with dried nuts and caramel. Dry, tart, complex, very long finish.
