February 8, 2021 - Brought this wine to Jing Long Seafood Restaurant for CNY lunch with my uni mates. We had Yusheng, fried duck, brinjal with long beans, and caipoh beancurd.
Brick red in colour with a touch of plums. Some sour cherries with fresh acidity. Definitely past its prime; do drink up if you still have this in your storage. -

December 31, 2017 - Jorge saved me a glass from his bottle two nights earlier. Under vacuvin.
Robust qualities. Definitely past its prime by a couple years but still showing some classic Bordeaux qualities.
Reductive dark red currant and cherries, some smoke and some charred wood but subtle. Very nice. Thanks Jorge. -
