Community Tasting Notes 1

April 27, 2018 - A mature wine now. smooth and silky. Flavors of caramel, white chocolate, vanilla, raspberry. Not a lot of aroma. Tannins are very mild. no sediment in the bottle. Nice ruby color. Almost tasted like there was a bit of residual sugar. I did not think 2010 would be too old but this is past its prime . was on sale from winery.
