  March 24, 2023 - No formal note. Excellent, although I did not feel that much difference with the 10-years editions. Probably requires a more concentrated tatsting side-by-side to find out.

  November 11, 2022 - Seavey Dinner (bellwether): Again smaller sips because it's a long wine night and fortified always tends to send me over the edge. Very nice raisin-style with maybe a bit of caramel and toffee. Drinks well. Good with dessert.

  Great orangey bittersweet flavours, coffee, molasses, dark chocolate, salted caramel, love the dance between sweetness and acidity, long and layered

  November 17, 2018 - Malt extact / molasses, walnuts, golden raisins, burnt candied orange peel. Luscious and fresh, vanilla, pear, golden raisins again, hints of baking spices (woody cinnamon), woods, plenty of acidity - so nice and fresh
