January 3, 2015 - Pretty unimpressed with my first taste of dolcetto. Was fruity, but hollow and limp. Lacking structure and complexity. Tasted like a cheap, bulk production wine, but this wasn't exactly cheap. Maybe I'm missing something?

December 30, 2014 - Sweet floral scent out of the bottle on the nose, earth, stewed fruit and black cherry in the mouth with a hint of spice, with a medium green olive finish. Simple yet more complex than it seems.
