August 9, 2020 - Very nice. Will drink the remaining bottles Got a number of these at the winery in 2014. Very impressive place. $55 back then and, like everything, more expensive now. CA wines have continued to go through the price roof. It's difficult to justify prices today with other options out here. I keep saying the price of land there is not my problem.

November 26, 2015 - Enjoyed with Thanksgiving dinner. Citrus, oak, great finish and overall a very nice chardonay.

October 28, 2015 - A great showing from Palmaz exhibiting a mix of California and Burgundy styles.

On the palate there is a creamy body leading into buttery notes with a nice minerality mixed in. As the butter fades, notes of pear, apple and melon appear for a pleasantly crisp finish. Overall enjoyable and I'll be looking forward to the remaining bottles.

August 31, 2014 - A fantastic chardonnay with aging potential. This is a "big" wine, emulating the best of burgundy. A apple-pear note hits the palate first, with a well balanced finish. The nose was somewhat subdued. This wine was a great compliment to broiled lobster. I should get more.
