October 15, 2019 - Delicious and doesn't even show that it's 9 years post vintage. Great nose of blue and black mountain fruit. Tannic at first but with some air it sings nicely. This was a good value for the dollar. Drink now-2024. But don't wait too long and miss the fruit.

September 17, 2018 - Enjoyable at 65 degrees, starts to fall a part just a touch at room temp. Nice dark red fruit, hint of tannins, not much weight. Could just be this bottle, but if ts any indication, drink up.

June 25, 2017 - Pop and pour after a long day unpacking boxes as the moving truck pulled away from our new Texas home. 45 mins of bottle air helped this open further; full-bodied dark fruit, a hint of tart and a dusty mouthfeel that dissipated with more air time. A solid wine from an iffy vintage.
