June 9, 2021 - Medium purple with little garnet. Dark fruit and earthy nose. Palate is integrated fruit spice and earthy notes. Paired with orecchiette very nicely. Decanted for 1.5hours and balance achieved.

December 20, 2020 - Had this wine at daughter's home on Saturday December 19th 2020. Tony made Orecchiette pasta with rapini and sausage. Also pan fried ribeye steak. Excellent wine and pairing.
