January 18, 2015 - Excellent showing of all the Dr. Frank vintage sparklers with plenty of mineral laden sparkling wine, a thing that is missing in much of the west coast sparklers. Plenty of nice chardonnay fruit with toasted biscuits and some autolytic essence and decent mousse. Of the three this was the most typical as BdB are commonly made here. Great food wine that chardonnay would go well with.
