  April 28, 2024 - Wow, exotisk frukt till tusen. Fint gyllene med relativt hög sötma men eftersom det är så aromatisk och fylligt så tar sötman inte över utan kompletterar fint istället. Underbart vin som inte är det lättaste att hitta tillfälle för men passade bra med getosten i vegetariska lasagnen.

  January 20, 2024 - Very diffrent from the last bottle, now the wine was somewhere between a desert and dry wine, very dense in the mouth feel and the once very floral is now of a sweet floral note, I am not sure what food that fits with it but would almost say that now is it best paired with some hard cheese and in moderate amount nothing you will drink several glasses of but still it is a good wine and a real suprise in the development.

  April 22, 2022 - Nez exhubérant sur la rose et les fruits exotiques. Riche, onctueux, plein de saveur intense. Moelleux, long et équilibré. Un délice.

  October 5, 2019 - Really great effort here from ZH. Pours a light straw. The nose is focused but soaring with massive amounts of candied ginger, followed by rose water, lychee, and wildflower honey. The palate enters with very high RS, feeling like 80+ g/l. There isn’t quite enough balancing acid, causing this to feel just a touch cloying. The finish repeats much of the nose with plenty of candied ginger and rose water. Quite an enjoyable bottle but can only handle a glass or two before tapping out.
