January 29, 2016 - Surprisingly vibrant for its age. Cherry, blueberry, and spice. Moderate tannin, good acidity leading to a long finish.

November 8, 2015 - Slight aroma of black tea and pepper that opens to blackberry and clove flavors with a lingering finish. Well balanced and medium body round out the characteristics of this excellent GMCS blend.

May 28, 2015 - Garnet-magenta. Strawberry pie, earth, and spice nose. Medium bodied, juicy strawberries, raspberries, pepper, tannins that make a late appearance, sage, a bit of smoke, and a medium finish. Easy drinking and tasty.
