March 21, 2014 - fresh and young Riesling- appearance from this bottle, tonight paired with salmon and stir- fry, good and tasty combination, very mineralic on the palate from the Saar- slate, some lemon, dry mouthfeeling this time, van V. often (had?) has a little bit more residual sugar in its wines, today I do like this beginner- Van Volxem much, good intense mineralic finish, 85- 87+?
