August 7, 2020 - Found one in the basement, and glad I did. Delicious, but took almost two hours to open up. Definitely peaking right now.

June 1, 2018 - absolutely requires 30-60 minutes to open up, and should not be served fridge-cold. dumb as a doorknob until it warmed and breathed for a bit, gained in weight, texture, and intensity until 60-90 minutes in, and then it finally showed as expected. no rush to drink (thanks screw-cap!) - still plenty enjoyable, fantastic and fresh and light, but starting to develop some richer flavors as it ages.

April 15, 2018 - A very delightful bottle. Apple is front and center but there are also some subtle stone fruit and herbs in the background. Nice minerality and finish. Great to pair with some spicy asian seafood on a hot summer night.

June 4, 2017 - On the nose it is buttery, pear, and slight floral. Green apple, and pear, in the palate- very refreshing. Great overall wine.

December 20, 2016 - Genache blanc is the blending grape par excellence in the Rhone and Languedoc. Here I think it is rather too direct and clumsy. Needs food and perhaps a bit more time, but not the greatest success for me.
