October 16, 2023 - Aromas of orange peel, preserved lemon, salted nuts, and seashell. Medium-bodied with excellent cut. Finishes with a salty minerality and citrus rind grip. Drinking very nicely now and into the next decade.

May 23, 2016 - Monthly group Barolo Tasting (Aqua White Bear Lake): Drank a small pour at a tasting. Nice complexity, lemon, yeast, a bit of oxidation. It manages to be rich and acidic at the same time. I found that a great combination.
