September 3, 2014 - Perfectly drinkable SB with good acidity and a nice mineral finish. Nose is very light with a touch of tropical fruit. Palette has some grapefruit and tart citrus flavors.

April 14, 2014 - Very pale straw color. Nose: guava, white grapefruit, and lemon/lime with accents of lemongrass, white pepper, slate, and a hint of vanilla. Medium/lighter body on the palate: guava, white grapefruit, lemon/lime, and Asian pear framed by slate, lemongrass, vanilla, and white pepper. Medium+ acidity. Lingering slate, lemongrass, vanilla, and lemon/lime zest on the moderate finish. Clean, fresh, and crisp. Great summertime poolside/picnic sipper. Nice value. Drink over the next 1-2 years.
