    September 13, 2014 - Outstanding.
Lush dark, purple, and black fruits, silky tannin, super jammy notes. Very well balanced. Beautiful nose, packed with jammy fruits and touch of florality.
Wonderfully restrained given its a Petite Sirah. Zero after burn. Inky notes do not descend into tar. Refined. Enjoyable straight out of the bottle.
Everything feels seamlessly integrated. Persistent flavor across the palate.
More-ish finish that keeps me drinking it over and over.
Absolutely amazing for the sub $16 price I'm paying for it. In fact, just a straight up great wine, regardless of price.

Only criticism could be it may be accused of being too restrained for its varietal. But I am not complaining.

This is the wild and beautiful black stallion that beauty tamed where strength failed.

May 6, 2014 - Fruit forward and jammy, but very light bodied and no real resemblance to a PS.
