Community Tasting Notes 2

May 30, 2011 - Not off-dry, more like off-sweet, but very balanced and elegant. Similar to a German kabinett, but richer and full bodied. Honey, canned peaches on nose and palate. Great with Asian food with slightly sweet sauces, like pineapple chicken. Drink now to 2017.

September 4, 2010 - Off-dry. Very rich, but in perfect balance. Lots of caramel on the nose. Quince, caramel and lime on the palate. Long finish. Excellent acidity. Very very easy to drink.
