February 1, 2021 - Tasted blind. Pretty nose of red fruit, cassis, cigar box, and good depth. Red berries dominate the palate with good tannins and just a hint of oak. Nice finish. In a great spot right now.

April 10, 2011 - A previous bottle was corked; This one was free from cork taint but did have a little mushroomy aspect for a while. But it also had a surprising amount of power and youth. Very tasty old school juice.

January 4, 2001 - smelling a bit like old wine, but not bad, still fairly deep purple, with just a bit of change, moderate throw, nice cabernet flavors still with life ahead of it with its density
