August 16, 2012 - Considerably richer than the two Rieslings. Honey, pear, and peas that linger nicely. I liked this one quite a bit, but the consensus was for the rieslings.

March 11, 2012 - Waterford Staff Party 2.0 (Waterford Wine Co., Milwaukee): White forest flower, pear richness, mineral, loads of mineral, white pepper, exotic pepper.
Day 2, the richness of fruit is really laid out on the parquet. sweet pear nose. palate is really glassy in texture up front. yesterday, i was perplexed, today i'm totally floored.

July 23, 2011 - Light green golden. White pepper, peas, and great punch. Full bodied rich and with great cut. The bright acid beautifully balances the richness and depth. Very savory, with more peas, spicy arugula, citrus pith, and huge stoniness with great freshness for a wine of this scale. Excellent density without any heaviness. Very long. Truly outstanding wine, and ridiculously good with Neuske's bacon. 94pts

January 20, 2011 - Not quite as profound as the last bottle of this I had, the nose and palate of this example were skewed heavily toward honey with less of the herbal/spice component that I so enjoyed.

September 29, 2010 - Golden in the glass, this wine presented with honey, thyme, rosemary, stone, and huge white pepper on the nose along with some ripe pear and sweet key lime. On the palate it is pear, key limes and honey with dominating pepper and bright acidity. This wine has really aged gracefully and is drinking well right now. A really special experience.
