Community Tasting Notes 1

April 3, 2015 - Medium body, intense greenish golden color. Elegantly aromatic, Stone fruits, almonds leaves and herbal aroma. Ripe apples, nuts, spicy and mineral on the palate, mineral on long finish. Still fresh, bold structure, complex and well balanced, soft acidity and unobtrusively oily. Food friendly, best match is cold poultry or fat cheeses. Serve 10º - 14º. Open half hour in advance. Very enjoyable, drink now.
