September 8, 2019 - Deep color, aromatic and fleshy. After 90 minutes in decanter wine showed strong licorice flavors that morphed into tabbacco and chocolate
during our meal. Fruit is still there I'd say wine is at or near peak. Very enjoyable, overall one of the best if not the best Amarone's I've ever experienced.
