June 12, 2021 - Le premier jour, le vin est bon mais rien d'extraordinaire (90-91).
4 jours plus tard, le fond de la bouteille est magnifique. Le vin s'est épanoui et n'a pas du tout pris l'oxydation. Il présente une interminable finale sur le poivre, les épices et les fruits rouges.
Du grand art pour un Côtes-du-Rhône.
Dommage qu'il m'ait fallu 4 jours pour en profiter. -

September 6, 2020 - Genuine, wonderful Northern Rhône Syrah. Drinks like a Cote-Rotie, really, with notes of violets, olives, bacon/smoked meat. There’s lovely dark fruit, notes of tobacco, smoke, pepper. Tres bon vin. Ready to drink and I don’t think it will improve from here.
