March 5, 2014 - MASTER BORGOGNA AIS; 10/15/2013-6/28/2014 (HOTEL WESTIN PALACE MILANO): 24 mesi in legno nuovo. Non diraspato.
Naso salmastro, macchia mediterranea: Capperi, olive in salamoia, mirto, agrumi e tanta china. Poi si passa in drogheria: erbe officinali di ogni specie, chiodi di garofano.
In bocca è una spremuta di spezie e incenso. Quasi un vermouth.
Sicuramente il marchio di fabbrica di un produttore unico e singolare. Credo che dopo due bicchieri ci si stufi, e di certo non vale 185€!!
