Community Tasting Notes 15

January 27, 2019 - This wine should have been consumed 3-5 years prior. Opens with aged wine bottle funk. Bricked edges. More earthy and the fruit is largely gone. Well structured, more viscous. Opens up over time. Some stewed tomatoes, dusty cherry, a very Italian interpretation of Bordeaux. Acid still present.

April 13, 2013 - - Brick color with slow forming legs and aromas of black currant. It's balanced and has flavours of licorice anise, oak, mushroom and black currant with a full body. Round texture with a long finish.
