September 28, 2021 - Bright fruit, no pleasure.

April 2, 2021 - Really lovely roast chicken wine tonight. Maybe the best I’ve had from Guillot with everything in balance and pure fruit.

April 2, 2020 - This wine seems terribly young, still.

  • Alex G. Likes this wine:

August 14, 2017 - Slightly bitter on first taste, rounded out with a bit of air. Exotic spice on nose, mix of dry and ripe red fruit, mineral finish. Pretty decent length for Bourgogne.

This was recommended to me in Paris at one of those "no wine list we tell you what to drink" restaurants.

New producer for me, if this is the entry level would be eager to try their higher end wines.
