March 31, 2024 - PnP. Extremely linear on first pour. Meyer lemon, honey finish, but overwhelming acid. Recorked for 90 minutes and it was much more open with the typical lovely soft mousse. Would have preferred to give it more like 3 hours, but brunch was waiting.
