    Le manque de complexité relevé en 2016 s’est révélé criant 7 ans plus tard.
    Il ne faudra pas l’attendre plus longtemps, car il a perdu de son eclat, révélant une texture certes fine, mais marquée par le bois.
    Un nez de C-R tertiaire, épicé, vieille violette, peu fruité, un peu terne a vrai dire.
    La finesse du millésime s’est lentement etiolée au point d’en devenir un peu mince maintenant.

    July 8, 2016 - Besoin d'air, il faut carafer, une heure au minimum (2/3 si possible). Ainsi, le nez se développe, s'affine, s'embellit de cassis et d'une pointe animale cuirée.
    La bouche aussi, d'abord rugueuse, se montre ensuite plus civilisée. Le vin possède une matière encore serrée, renforcée par une finale acidulée bien marquée, qui le destine à la gastronomie. Quel caractère pour un 2004 a la réputation plus axée sur la finesse...
    Étonnant 2004 donc, plein de vigueur, avec encore du potentiel, mais manquant de complexité cependant.
