Community Tasting Notes 3

November 9, 2008 - Nice flavors of pineapple and nectarine, even a little spice. A touch of petroleum; surprising for a Chardonnay, so probably just me. Nice balance of malolactic fermentation. Paired nicely with Butterfish with Spanish Peppers & Onions.

August 21, 2007 - Previous comments still apply. This is just a delightful wine.

July 2, 2007 - Floral and spice on the nose that carry through into the flavor. Long finish with hints of lemon and ginger. If you think you don't like Chardonnay, try this--you may be pleasantly surprised.
