Community Tasting Notes 1

April 6, 2015 - Wow. Quite the Barnyard nose. Opened for 3 hours needed much more. Finally got the nose to move from cork-like smell to barnyard at 6 hours. Out of balance with strong nose at present, but acidity and tannins very strong. First wiffs were cork and alcohol. Smelled like Scotch to be honest. First time I have been able to state I could smell the alcohol. Laying them down for a nap.
