February 1, 2016 - The tart nose is reticent, revealing lemon and smoke notes. The palate is significantly more open knit, with flavors of citrus, stone, and oaky spice. Light bodied. Great acidity.

September 26, 2015 - Crisp, clean yet smooth body with attractive creaminess. Notes of minerals and salt combine with white floral and hazelnut notes.

September 18, 2014 - smoky nose, some toastiness
Young, very dry, lots of acidity
Lovely use of oak, nutty, subtle
Long
I'd wait a bit before drinking this. The acidity needs to calm down. -

Very young with a dry acidic palate but some fruit showing through. Lovely nose of brioche, butter and green fruits.
