March 1, 2024 - La Paulée de Los Angeles - The Verticals (Maybourne Hotel - Beverly Hills CA): Walkaround vertical tasting. Magnum. Dense black and red cherry, showing both fresh and mature fruit. Floral, elegant, and faintly earthy. Good power and density. Still some limited upside, but I'd err on opening 750s in the next decade while this fresh and bright.

Briary but nice residual sweetness of dark red fruit followed by properly dry tannins and a long finish. Serious wine. Excellent but would probably opt to drink this over the next 5 years or so, especially from normal format bottles.

December 17, 2023 - red/dark cherry, some sour berries, integrated with mushroom, earth and other savoury notes, m/m+ body, fine grained tannins, smooth texture, a little creamy. long finish with a splash of mineral notes. very well crafted and polished, in its peak now though can develop more in bottle for 5-7 years

November 3, 2023 - One hour decant set this wine up perfectly. Cherry bouquet, with medium mouthfeel and silky finish. Drinking very well and perhaps at its peak.
