On the palate it seemed coming from unripe fruit. Not a good showing.
Day 2:
N: incense now (which is weird too), but swirling brought out again notes of bell peppers. Thick and dense, with a lot of substance, but seemed pushed - the feeling of unripeness remained in the background. -

July 15, 2022 - Drinking beautifully - perhaps not quite peaking yet, but not far from it. Some subtle secondaries. Overall, alluring and intriguing.

March 4, 2022 - 淡宝石红色，闻香有肉鲜，淡淡烟熏，覆盆子的香气，入口酸度高，单宁紧致，有些抓人，颗粒十分细腻，樱桃和覆盆子的红果香气，果梗的香味，后段植物辛辣和微苦，余味特别漂亮，樱桃、覆盆子和木质香气，口中长留。一支结构精巧的黑皮诺，酒体偏轻，口感清澈，香气飘逸。
