  February 16, 2019 - Gourmetklubbens fyrtioförsta middag: Tema Italien (Södermalm, Stockholm (P+A)): (Disgorged in 2014, 100% Chardonnay)
  Nice yellow colour with butterscotch, citrus at first and then opens up with tropical notes, tutti fruit and some fresh cut grass. Smooth on the palate showing butterscotch at first and then opens up with orange citrus and some tropical notes on the lengthy finish.

  May 16, 2018 - Such an elegant wine it is, with medium weight and intensity but the charm of this blanc de blanc is with the finnesse, the usual chardonnay presence has developed in a more rounded and complete effort, the bubbles are gently filling your mouth and the freshness is just right, again I had some '06 vintage champagne bottles lately and they failed to impress the way this one does.
