September 29, 2022 - Served semi-blind. A very classic Burgundy, fresh red fruit, plenty of acidity. Drinking very well, but no hurry, either. This was on the very few, I actually guessed.

August 18, 2021 - To celebrate #pinotnoirday Lovely delicate nose of strawberries, raspberries, a little oak and earthiness. Palate has more of the same, lovely fresh acidity, smooth tannins. Not as savoury as a Gevrey and not as feminine as a Chambolle but a goldilocks wine, smack bang in the middle, delicious. A less well known village in #burgundy so usually a little cheaper there is on bottle left @laywheeler £38 I've lucky I've still got some left. Well worth seeking out to try and #giveanewwineago #burgundynick 90 points

September 27, 2020 - What a little cracker. Slightly earthy nose, with some deep red fruits. The palate has some savouriness from Gevrey mixed with some soft richness from chambolle. It has a great balance and depth, lots of red fruits and a little acidity to freshen it up. The finish starts off with a depth of smooth tannins, that gives way to some sweet red fruits. Utterly beautiful and singing in its drinking window. Certainly a wine too seek out to #giveanewwineago 89 points

June 17, 2020 - 30 mins of air to open. Red fruit nose, some earth. Medium bodied, good village with structure, light tannins. I found this with more weight than usual in Morey village
