February 13, 2017 - En inledande syra övergår snabbt i röda bär (lingon, jordgubbar och smultron) som för tankarna till svensk sommar. Bären presenteras med en balans mellan lätt sötma och en torr syra som känns både fräsch och fyllig. Avslutningen bryter dock av abrupt och en stickande smak av pigg ek och bittermandel stör något då dessa smaker inte alls smälter ihop med smakspektrat i övrigt.
Vinet är väldigt lätt och elegant och gör sig utmärkt tillsammans med kryddstark mat. Men just på grund av sitt lätta och eleganta utförande sticker avslutningens bitterhet ut för mycket.
Jag kan tänka mig att vinet kommer må bra av att få vila några år till.
