February 17, 2023 - At peak, but should last for 5 years more. This is very good, comparable to a good village. Good body, decent finish

August 20, 2018 - 3quarters of a bottle popped the night before. From Asparagus.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of floral rose bush, red cherries, bits of earth loam. Developing.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol (13%), soft caressing medium- tannins, medium body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of nicely ripe red cherries, earth loam, stony minerality, some sweet spice. Cherry fruit has good depth but gets a bit dark and mildly bitter at the back palate. Juicy sappy medium finish.
Very good quality Bourgogne. Would be the equal of some Chambolle Village wines. Really reflects the softness and rounded quality of the 2012 burgundy vintage. Will be interesting to see how this goes in another 3+ years.

March 4, 2018 - Bright ruby with fade at the bowl. Beautiful bouquet of roses and lavender, baking spices, with a loveliness richness and creaminess in the nose. Very light and elegant on the palate but a balance of acidity and tannins that also show earthiness.

July 5, 2016 - Wow and wow. Was not expecting a bourgone of such depth an power. Kept on improving over the course of 3 and a hal days. Probably underrating this abit, but this was just a pleasure to drink. I think this baby will start shutting down soon but definitely has the stuffing to age for at least the next decade or so. Try again in 2020.

October 10, 2015 - Medium to light ruby. Pretty nose of strawberry and fresh flowers. Fairly restrained and structured for its level. Strawberry and cherry hint of spice on the palate with a crunchy minerality. Balanced acidity and medium plus finish. Very nice.
