  May 2, 2014 - Just fine, doesn't have the verve of the previous Lake County version. They snuck in the label change on me, didn't notice this vintage is "California" until I got it home. Used in and with risotto.

  November 27, 2013 - I too am a little disappointed with this wine. Having visited Lake County wine country many times in late Summer and early Fall, I know how high the temperature rises in the grape growing areas. Was expecting some sunshine enhanced richness balanced with some bracing acidity. Just got some mediocre stuff. Has that Napa style rich mouth feel, without the fruit, or the acidity. Oh well.

  November 24, 2013 - I am struggling to find anything to say about this wine. It is just sort of anemic. No matter how hard I try (and I suppose a 10.99 bottle is not much of an effort) to appreciate a more "local" SB I would rather spend that on the cheapest Marlborough. This has the citrus and crispness I like in a SB but one has to really search for it. Grassiness is not quite there. Almost drinks like a pinot grigio. Not a wine I am wanting to try again. Dajio wine list.
