January 10, 2024 - Dinner with Herwig (Foliage, SF): Aromatic, lemon oil, slight oak noticeable, citrusy; rich and full bodied, slightly tropical; finish is medium length. Very nice but clearly Californian and a bit ripe. 90

May 7, 2021 - Decanted for 30 minutes, but better after 45 or so. A clear straw-yellow in the glass. Lots of lemon on the nose. The medium to plus bodied palate (with malo) showed heaps of white fruit and lemon crème, along with a bit of minerality, and touches of spice and oak. The acidity was lively, but balancing. This well-made wine could hold for several more years.
