March 27, 2022 - Delicious. Medium salmon in the glass, slight nose of red berries whiff of yeastiness, palate is dry and pronounced, red Gala apple, tangerine, wild strawberry, delicate mousse, soft effervescence, brioche, pleasing acidity, medium body, medium + finish. Alsace Cremant is one of the best values in traditional method bubbles, yummy.

Pale salmon red color. Rather pungent nose with aromas of spicy Pinosity, some underripe strawberry and a hint of bready autolysis. The wine is ripe, rich and broad on the palate with flavors of ripe strawberries, some vague spice, a little bit of sweet autolytic brioche, a hint of caramel and a touch of sweet red apple. The wine is medium-to-moderate in acidity with quite soft and mellow mousse. The finish is long, dry and medium in length with straightforward flavors of steely minerality, pomelo-driven citrus fruits, some ripe strawberry tones, a little bit of tart green apple and a hint of earthy spice.
A nice, simple and straightforward rosé bubbly. The nose didn't feel particularly attractive, but otherwise the wine performed enjoyably well. Definitely nothing special to write home about, but nothing bad either. -

August 29, 2014 - Oh myyy. This was a delicious and refreshing blend of zesty cherry, sweet strawberry, and peaches & cream. There was a touch of earth on the palate and the slightest hint of spice on the finish. Lots of bubbles. Perfect end of summer treat.
