  July 12, 2020 - Made from a selection of extremely low-yielding parcels of grapes from the original Lagan Vineyard. This to one side, the vinification was the same as that of the standard wine. The fruit flavour and structure are radically different, with all the focus on stone fruit, led by white peach and nectarine, and with a gentleness, almost delicacy, on the palate - deceptive, particularly given the time it spent in French oak.

  June 12, 2020 - Appearance: Pale gold
  On the nose: Med+ intensity, wet pebble, toast,white peach, granny smith apple, melon, butter, creamy, honey, marzipan. Developing.
  On the palate: Pronounce intensity, high acidity, med alcohol, med body, hazelnut, creamy, marzipan, long finish.
  Overall, outstanding wine. Leaner style chardonnay, well balanced. The nuttiness and creamy is lingering on the palate. Can drink now, has potential for ageing.
  P.S. on day 2, it’s like opening a sweet honey pot. Beautiful!

  May 31, 2020 - Handpicked, French Barrel fermentation 40% new , 9 months maturation , best barrels selected for the reserve
  
  Colour Med yellow pale gold green hues 15/15
  Nose med intensity stone fruits pear white peach Citrus Lemon Grapefruit Trop fruits pineapple lychee Floral white blossom Mineral stony chalk , med creamy leesy aromas good complexity and balance , hints of dried honey and beeswax are the only indication of age 28/30
  Palate med + bodied rich luscious mouthfeel ,plenty of chewy acidity and oak tannins ,med long finish 42/44
  Overall clean elegant WA Chardy nice mouthfeel and the acidity will see it age for another 10 years , lacked intensity on the nose 9/11
