    February 12, 2024 - Retail $50. Heavy Bottle (610g; 1lb 5.5oz). 100% Sangiovese. Under cork. 100% Sangiovese. It has been nearly two years since I last popped a bottle of this wine and while I certainly have changed (for the better, natch), this wine is remarkably similar to the previous notes. Outstanding. 93 Points.

    October 22, 2023 - Method: pop and pour; Cab glass; cellar temp; tasted in social setting so notes not as detail as usual

    Nose: light bret (others disagreed), cherry, cedar, pencil shavings

    Palate: cherry, dark cherry; medium body; medium+ tannin; medium+ acidity

    Overall thoughts: Already approachable, but not especially complex. Pretty great now, but I'd hold and hope for some improvement.

    March 25, 2023 - Very lively bright cherry. Had a deeper blue fruit undertone. Good mouthwatering acidity and a medium finish

    March 25, 2023 - Robe rubis & orangé;
    Beau nez, principalement sur un beau mélange de fruits noirs, d'anis de tabac d'épices. Il y a une légère dimension florale qui apporte de l'élégance au bouquet.
    Bouche svelte, texture soyeuse en attaque, principalement sur le fruit. foncé mélangé avec des épices & la réglisse noire. Les tannins sont encore bien présent, combiné avec une amertume en fin de bouche, la finale est un plus dure que ce que laissait entrevoir l'attaque. Encore fort jeune malgré ces 14 ans.
