May 12, 2019 - I would have given this wine an 88 score after the first sip after opening. It had a very oaky and limited flavor profile at first. I thought it was past it’s prime. Fortunately, it came alive after 15 minutes and with food. It was the beautiful, complex Chardonnay that I expected.
