February 10, 2015 - Well-made, middle of the pack, Chardonnay. Doesn't really excite, but shows good varietal character, and is nicely balanced. Some pear and apple notes, smooth but short finish. Very good for the price. Hess Select wines are almost always reliable and offer good value.
